Stewart Painting, Inc. was founded in 1995 as Circle K Paint by owner Eric Stewart, specializing in
residential re-paints. In 1997 we merged into new residential construction and in 1999 we began
working on commercial and industrial jobs. In 2001 a partner was added and in 2002 the company's
ownership changed, thus renaming Circle K Paint to Stewart Painting, Inc.

Stewart Painting, Inc. believes in the principles of strong ethical values with a commitment to
mutually successful projects. We believe this is accomplished by partnering with the owner, general
contractor or construction manager and creating a "Can Do" spirit.

To us, a successful project is more than just the bottom line and profit margins. It is one that makes
everyone proud, from the owner to the last subcontractor. We believe that our mission statement "Painting for long-term relationships," has been the core of Stewart Painting's success.

Our goal of projects completed on time and in budget is achieved through the many years of
experience within our management teams and our dedicated professional employees, from our field
supervision to the helpers that take pride in our work.

Stewart Painting, Inc. utilizes the combined painting experience of more than 80 years with its
principal owners and three operators. This combination of experience, knowledge and positive
attitude provides for better planning and stronger cost controls without compromising quality.
