We are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with any additional questions you may have.
We are a privately owned Hospice dedicated to serving the needs of the terminally ill. We are committed to increasing access to hospice care by providing community education and outreach, and by offering special services that enhance the quality of life for our patients.

Our staff is committed to the mission of Hand in Hand Hospice, but more importantly, dedicated to providing quality healthcare to our patients facing the advancing stages of any life-threatening illness. Hospice services are available wherever the patient calls home at little or no out of pocket cost. In addition to clinical care, ongoing emotional and spiritual support is available to patients and their families. We accept Medicare and Medicaid and accept a variety of insurance providers.
