1. Everything is made from scratch. Our dough is made fresh daily, not frozen and shipped in from another city or state. All of our sauces from our OIP Signature Pizza Sauce to our famous wing sauce is made here on location.
2. We use premium whole milk mozzarella that is almost double the cost of the chain pizzas.
3. Every pizza we make is tossed by hand and not rolled on a machine.
4. All of our vegetables are shipped daily from our produce company and washed and double washed before slicing. All this is to assure the freshness of the ingredients.
