Last time, I told you that we are now open only by appointment. In early 2011, each of us will to be working from outside our office building that we acquired in 2003. I dislike the term “home based” for travel agents so I coined the term “private travel agent” meaning that we are not open to the public and our services are only for our existing customers and the referrals we get from them. Appointments will be arranged as needed at times and places that are convenient for our customers.

Our customers get our undivided attention because they have shown their loyalty to us and appreciate the value we add to their travel experiences. New clients to our agency will be accepted on a case by case basis once we are assured they need our services and accept our fees.

We remind our customers NOT to pack medications or valuables in checked luggage and to check the departure gate just before arriving at the airport rather than relying on what the airline told you yesterday.
We recommend to arrive at the airport for domestic flights 1 hours and international flights 2 hours before your flight.

What a wonderful life! I've just come home from an Eastern Caribbean Cruise with forty-three fun-loving travelers. The Emerald Princess was a grand ship, hosted by a very courteous and gracious staff of mostly British young people. Walking barefoot on the beaches was my favorite pastime. The turquoise water was crystal clear ... looking down, you could see through fifteen feet of water to the white sand below. Best of all, there was no cooking or cleaning up after myself. It's like being "Queen for a Day" for eight days! BUT WAIT! ... Don't forget that I was working and doing my job the whole time.

Last year we really had a super Christmas trip to Branson. However, we all agreed that one more day would be less rushed and more relaxed. For only $175.00 more, we will stay another day this year and get to see nine Christmas shows.

If you enjoy Irish Coffee, traditional Irish White Scones or Bacon & Cabbage, I have recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation in a family business in Ireland. The Irish cook with bacon & cabbage, not corned beef. Attending an Irish Cuisine Cooking Class was entertaining plus we got to eat what we cooked. The best part was making our own Irish Coffees.

Do you own a piece of Waterford Crystal? Its value may be going higher. Waterford Crystal originated in Waterford, Ireland, and took its name from the town. Unfortunately, the factory has been closed and no more crystal will be produced in Ireland. It is now being produced in Germany and the Czech Republic.
