An Authentic Search for Engagement in the Political Process
Juniors and seniors in Mr. Ostroffs college-prep Government class have spent recent weeks working collaboratively to develop action projects that demonstrate in an authentic way that students participation in the political process matters. Students action plans and impact statements have been published as a Political Action Project.
Parish duo makes All-State Choir
Freshman William (David) Long and sophomore Christopher Ponners have been selected to the TPSMEA 2011 All-State Choir. Christopher tied for the first place rating in our region and ranks second in state.

Debate coach Adam John reports a strong showing in a competitive field at the Gossett Invitational at the University of North Texas in Denton. Parish sophomore Sahil Vanjani and senior Blake Andrews were among the top competitors.

Congratulations Panthers on another state tourney season
Congratulations to Panther volleyball in reaching a fourth-consecutive TAPPS state tournament. Parish, which won the '08 state title, reached the state semifinals before being eliminated in San Antonio on Friday.

Savvy and Chic is partnering with Parish for programs on Nov. 14 and Dec. 5.
