Welcome to my website! I'm Chip Alsobrook owner of Alsobrook Painting Company since 1985. I am a professional painting contractor serving the Dallas Metroplex. We produce quick and excellent results painting the interiors and exteriors of commercial properties, including office buildings, hospitals, warehouses, schools, shopping centers, restaurants and retail stores. Owners and Property Managers have come to rely on our knowledge & expertise. I help them select the right colors, the best products on the market and provide proposals to complete their painting projects in the most cost effective way. We will paint without disrupting the flow of your business. Our company will arrange for our professional painting team to work around your business hours, meeting all job specifications, deadlines and ensuring job safety. We can provide paint with low volatile organic compounds (VOC) to help maintain a good indoor air quality. We do thorough surface preparations, including; pressure washing, drywall repairs, texture, sanding, caulking, spackling, priming, dusting and cleaning. Our typical paint jobs include offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, machine rooms, garages, concrete, drywall, doors, trim and metal railings, pipes, faux finishes and much more. We carry 2 million General Liability Insurance, 1 million Auto Insurance and Worker’s compensation.
