In the belief that every child is entitled to grow up in a safe, healthy and drug-free environment, REACH utilizes nationally recognized, research-based programs and strategies for school and community services offered to the youth, adults, and families of Ellis and Johnson Counties. Program activities are designed to:
Provide awareness and knowledge of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs
Develop decision-making, problem-solving and other life skills
Establish or change community standards and attitudes
Enhance community and multi-agency coordination and collaboration
Encourage and foster bonding with peers, family, and community
Ensure access to appropriate levels and types of services needed by program participants
Provide interactions to assist individuals and groups to identify, understand, and resolve issues and problems related to substance abuse or other high-risk behavior
Our Mission Statement
The mission of REACH is to encourage and support safe and healthy choices vital to the well-being of our youth, families, and communities.
