In December of 1987, Robert W. Grabarschick formed RWG Construction Management, Inc., a Houston-based project and construction management firm specializing in various development services for mainly the hospitality industry. In 1994, RWG expanded its services to include residential work.
RWG also provides General Contractor and Design/Build services. Either as a Construction Manager or as a General Contractor, RWG provides effective budgeting, scheduling and cost accounting resulting in control of the development process.
Our personnel, having strong backgrounds in architecture, engineering, construction and hotel management/development, are effective at identifying and avoiding problems that might become major threats to a design/construct project. We have found by keeping the lines of communication open between the team members, delivery of the building process can actually become an efficient response to problems/challenges.
RWG offers a variety of services beneficial for successful projects to not only Owners but also to Architects and Contractors. We will assist in rendering decisions by proceeding with the project with lightning speed yet present budget and schedule consciousness to the design/build team process.
