D. Brent Wells, President and founder of the firm, is an energetic, skilled litigator with a reputation for excellence that makes retaining him a key to success in adversarial proceedings. He is Board Certified in Consumer and Commercial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and Certified in Creditors' Rights Law by the American Board of Certification.
