What do we do? Well where do we start? We mainly serve business customers, that has been our focus since we started with Pacific Southwest Bank in the early 80's. By focusing on the business clients who depend on their computers to be functioning everyday, we can give them a faster response time and a quicker turn around on repairs. We provide network design and implementation, along with ongoing maintenance and backup services. Lately a lot of our customers have been requesting Windows XP computers for their legacy applications that do not support the newer Vista and Windows 7 Operating Systems. Along with high level technical support we also provide Computer Security Services , like testing for network infiltration, setting up hardware and software firewalls and repairing infected PCs (which has been 60% of what we have been doing lately) Gilbert Landin has worked in the Banking and Medical Field since the early 90's and is certified to work on Equipment such as Trident and Hyosung ATMs, Pyxis Med Dispensers and a variety of other equipment. Linda Gomez has been managing and dispatching our group of technicians since 1985. David Villareal focus' on Dental and Home Health Applications and has dealt with just about every implementation procedure there is (and there are new ones all the time). So as you can see our experience is pretty diverse and extensive.
