Our goal is to help return your body to an environment that allows for the full potential of your being.

At Better Health Center, we strive to provide affordable, comprehensive wellness care to the families in our community. Care that we hope will improve the overall peace and wellness
in our area.
Although many families begin chiropractic care in an acute dis-ease state (in pain), as their health returns, they become proactive in their future approach to health and well-being.
Chiropractors Do Not Treat Disease
It's very important to understand that chiropractic is not a treatment for any disease. Allopathic medicine names and treats diseases, while chiropractic holistically evaluates and treats the person with the disease. When a chiropractor frees the nervous system from spinal stress, the immune system works as it was designed, resistance to disease increases, and overall better health is the result.
Although children and adults with diseases are brought to the chiropractor, the chiropractor is not treating their diseases, but instead is reducing nervous system stresses, thus permitting their body's natural healing potential to function at its best.

Chiropractic is a health care profession that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal and the nervous system, and the effects of these disorders on general health.

Doctors of Chiropractic often referred to as chiropractors or chiropractic physicians practice a drug-free, hands-on approach to health care that includes patient examination, diagnosis and treatment. Chiropractors have broad diagnostic skills and are also trained to recommend therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises, as well as to provide nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counseling.

Chiropractic care is widely recognized as one of the safest drug-free, non-invasive therapies available for the treatment of back pain, neck pain, joint pain of the arms or legs, headaches, and other neuromusculoskeletal complaints.

Chiropractic Is All About Function
Historically, chiropractic care has been sought most often to treat causes of neuro-skeletal complaints, including, but not limited to back pain, neck pain, pain in the joints of the arms or legs, and headaches.
After examination and subsequent treatment of their specific condition, it becomes obvious to most that chiropractic's greatest gift to humanity is in its potential to restore and maintain communications between the brain and every cell in the body.
Today, we find more parents bringing their children to chiropractors for common health concerns with which we're all familiar: colds, ear infections, fevers, colic, sore throats, asthma, allergies, bed wetting, stomach aches, and the hundred and one little, and big things, children experience as they grow to adulthood.
Unrestricted channels of communication between the brain and body lead to optimal health. Restricted pathways to the muscularskeletal system prevent proper function, leading to pain, weakness, numbness, muscle spasms, and overall poor health. Restricted pathways to organs and glands prevent optimal function, which results in dis-ease and potential failure.
Although interference in the spinal nerve transmissions are certainly not the only cause of dis-ease in an organ or gland, these tissues can't possibly function at full potential unless their communication to the brain is restored.
