Roger Coughlin started AV Workshop Productions 15 years ago in Midland, Texas. It all started when a friend asked him to tape her daughters birthday party using a consumer camera. When the party was over he handed her the tape. Through word of mouth he began to get more jobs and soon knew this was a business opportunity for him. He learned quickly that he needed better equipment.

1 PC Workstation with Adobe Premier CS3, Studio 12, Photoshop, Bluray burner
Roger loves that he may be shooting a birthday party, filming business meetings, weddings, TV commercials, sporting events, four camera live concerts, theatrical plays, school events, dance recitals, and depositions . This variety of jobs is what keeps his enthusiasm for the video production business alive. His favorite job is shooting in his own production studio where he is both producer and director.
Projects that Roger has produced include:
The best thing about editing is that it allows Roger to use his creative talents to produce a product that both he and his clients are proud of.
AV Workshop currently employs three full time and three part time employees. Rogerss future plans are to expand his business which would include a larger production studio with more employees. He is looking forward to continuing to grow his business using the quality products provided by Macro Systems.
