Dr. Jimmy Gill - Founder & Medical Director
Dr. Jimmy Gill is our medical director. A respected reproductive endocrinologist, Dr. Gill served as the associate professor of the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Department at Michigan State University before founding Houston Fertility Institute.

Dr. Gus Haddad - Medical Director
Dr. Gus Haddad is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and accomplished reproductive surgeon. He is also a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society.

Dr. Jason Griffith - Practice Director

My experience with Houston Fertility Institute was wonderful. The doctors and their staff were very warm and caring. Both my husband and I were very pleased with the way things were handled and explained, we never felt lost or in the dark about anything. JOB TITLE: Embryologist
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for embryology procedures. Specifically, responsible for the followings: Oocyte identification, grading and culture; standard In Vitro Fertilization (IVF); Intra-cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI); pronuclear evaluation and culture; embryo evaluation, culture and transfer; assisted Hatching(AH); oocyte and embryo freezing, storage and thawing; sperm freezing, storage and thawing; semen preparation for Intra-Uterine Insemination( IUI), IVF/ICSI including Testicular Sperm Extraction(TESE), Microsurgical Epididymal Sperm Aspiration (MESA), Percutanous Epididymal Sperm Aspiration (PESA); semen analysis; Quality Control (QC)/Quality Assurance (QA)/proficiency tests for IVF laboratory, equipment maintenance in IVF laboratory, trouble shooting for laboratory. Skills in pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) will be required.
JOB REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biological Science, Medical Sciences, Clinical Medicine or a related field. 5 years of work experience with excellent micromanipulation skills including ICSI and biopsy in the job offered.
