About Your Overdraft Privilege New Federal Regulations are changing consumer overdraft privilege programs regarding ATM and Debit Card transactions. These new rules will become effective August 15, 2010.
The fee for each overdraft at FCB is $30 for each item. An overdraft fee may be imposed for covering overdrafts created by check, in person withdrawal, ATM withdrawal, or other electronic means. FCB requires that all overdrafts be paid in full within 30 calendar days of an account being overdrawn. Whether your overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing, or you are not making regular deposits, or you have too many overdrafts.
