Tim Pixley and Eddie Heikkila, the principals of Brae Burn Construction Company, started their construction business in 1971 and have operated as Brae Burn Construction Company since 1977. Brae Burn was formed to compete in the merit shop market and started as a warehouse and industrial market contractor to perform high labor exposure projects. Over the years, Brae Burn has expanded to encompass all aspects of construction, from Design/Build, Construction Management at Risk, to Hard Bid.

Our upper management of Principals, Project Managers, Estimators and Schedulers have a combined construction experience that provides a well versed team with an average in their respective fields of 26 years per person.
