At the Center for Assisted Learning in Houston, Texas, we believe every student can succeed. We are a group of highly motivated and trained Learning Specialists offering customized, one-on-one educational services to students of all ages. Since 1996, we have been helping students in the Houston community to learn the skills and strategies that make them better learners. Although we work with students of all ages and abilities, we have special expertise in helping those with ADHD and Dyslexia.
Gifted and Talented
For students who want to achieve higher grades and improve their study skills, we offer private instruction and tutoring in a variety of course subjects, including language skills. These programs provide academic support to the student as well as teach good learning skills.
Special Needs / ADHD Coaching
Students with special needs such as ADHD and Dyslexia benefit from the assistance and coaching our program provides. The academic assistance ensures that skills are learned, while the coaching helps develop habits, systems and routines that make learning easier. Our goal is to improve the self-esteem of these students and to help them develop strategies for dealing with their learning disability. For adults with ADHD, the Coaching program teaches you how to be higher functioning and more efficient.

Whether the student is currently enrolled in a traditional classroom setting or participates in home schooling, we offer a variety of tutoring and test prep services aimed at remediation and/or enrichment.
