S2S is a professional pilates studio and Physical Therapy Clinic located in Bartonville, Texas. S2S is a convenient location for many surrounding cities including Denton, Flower Mound, Argyle, Lewisville, Corinth, Double Oak, Highland Village, Hickory Creek, Lantana, and Copper Canyon.
Pilates sessions are taught by Stott Pilates certified professionals and are based on the theories, principles and ideas of Joseph Pilates. His establishment of Pilates has transformed over the last 8 decades from a specialized treatment for Rheumatoid patients into a superior exercise regime suited for all types of people.
The mission of S2S is to provide education, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness to all individuals while challenging total body fitness. These criteria work together to achieve optimal musculoskeletal performance. As a physical therapist, Meredith feels the most effective treatments are achieved in private sessions. Thus, ensuring both safety and precision. There are no classes offered at S2S with more than six students, and all sessions are completely individualized in order to meet the specific goals of each student/patient.
