Removing the foam carpet padding glued to Concrete Floor?
Recently moved to the new house and put new carpet in the basement. When you lift the old carpet, carpet padding foam stick on the cement floor below. The carpet is lifted, leaving little almost 100% of the foam caught behind. Some idea on how to fix this problem so that the foam / easier to remove.
I would like to rent floor scraper. you can rent one for about $ 20, or you can buy one for about twice the price of rent. it is essentially a long neck with a razor blade on the end of it. is most commonly used linoleum scraping concrete floors, but should do the job.
