One way we do this is to use E-STATEMENTS. E-statements are a safe way to receive your statements. You can download them to your hard drive and save them electronically or you can print and save the paper. Another way is direct deposit. By having your checks on direct deposit, you can eliminate the chance of the item being lost in the mail or stolen.
Now you can pay your bills online. At this time the Bill Payment Services do not cost you anything to use. You do have to make sure you have your actual bill in hand in order to put the correct information into the system. Then verify that the payment went correctly the first time. You can set it up as a single payment or a reoccurring payment and the information about the payment is available to you online for approximately 7 years in case you have to research or need proof of payment.
