The inspection time varies with the size and complexity of the house, but a good rule of thumb is one hour for every 1000 square feet, and add and hour for pool & spa. A computerized inspection report will be emailed to you within 24 hours (often you will receive it the evening of the job). You are encouraged to be present, ask questions, and point out any concerns at the inspection.
