GRANT$ for Art Teachers! The Kay Bain Weiner Glass Art Educational Foundation (KBW Foundation) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to stimulate and promote interest in glass art through educational projects. To encourage the teaching of glass art in public school and colleges, the non-profit Kay Bain Weiner (KBW) Foundation is offering grants for up to ten glass art instructors who are presently teaching glass art at a public school or college. These $100 grant certificates, which can be used for the regular school semester program or a summer session, can be redeemed at art glass retail stores for glass supplies for classes. Only one instructor from each school may apply. The application deadline is April 1, 2011, and the grants will be awarded by April 30, 2011. Recipients will be selected by KBW Foundation board members and we will email you if you are a winner. The application can be downloaded by clicking HERE

From choosing your glass to tips on how to hang them, these instructional pages and pull-out patterns are in an easy-to use 3-ring binder, with which you can easily add your own patterns and notes and keep it all one place and easily store on the bookshelf when you're not working on your stained glass panels. These designs allow artists of any medium to preserve and revitalize the concepts of Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Victorian and Edwardian craftsmen.
On this CD in 3 common formats: Adobe PDF (full size), JPG, and Glass Eye 2000 (.EYE). Each design is resented in color and black/white with pieces numbered, suggested glass and metals.

The PDF files are to scale and can be printed from a common desktop printer or taken to your local copy center.

Provided with the CD is a color fold-out insert with all 30 designs.
