Kevin Spencer began his practice in August of 1992 with The Hartnett Law Firm. He practiced with The Hartnett Law Firm for more than 15 years primarily in the area of litigation and appeals focusing in all aspects of estate, trust, heirship, guardianship and fiduciary litigation and estate administration, including ancillary probate jurisdiction litigation, common-law spouse disputes, paternity-inheritance disputes, civil appeals and general civil litigation.
Charles E. Waterbury has been litigating cases throughout the State of Texas since 1992. Mr. Waterbury's experience of having tried lawsuits for both plaintiffs and defendants provides clients with an exceptional understanding of the litigation process.
The firm actively assists persons injured as the result of; motor vehicle accidents, on the job injuries, premises liability injuries, defective products, chemical exposure, and sexual assaults.
Additionally, Spencer & Waterbury aids those wishing to work and or emigrate to The United States. Spencer & Waterbury obtains employment visas, family visas, naturalization and the green card or diversity visa lottery for qualified clients. Other services include; wills, power of attorney or living wills as well as representation in divorce proceedings.
