Periodontal disease (also known as "gum disease", "pyorrhea" or "periodontal infection") is an ongoing bacterial infection in the gums and bone around your teeth. This infection leads to an inflammation under the gums, and if not treated, this inflammation can destroy the bone around your teeth. This results in tooth loss. 75% of all adult tooth loss is due to periodontal infection.

Dr. Hale is extensively trained in the most advanced dental implant techniques. He is one of the few dental implant practitioners with on-site CAT scanning equipment and computer-guided dental implant technology. At our practice, you will receive the highest quality of dental implant care available.
In certain cases, Dr. Hale can place your dental implant in a single office visit. If you wear dentures, he may be able to stabilize this restoration with implants as well.
