Walson Inc. is here to serve the patient, and we make this commitment by being available to all patients at all times, with 2 employees and 1 Respiratory Therapist on call after business hours. There is always in-home delivery and set-up for our patients at no charge, and under most circumstances, we can do same-day delivery.
To assist with additional conveniences for the patient, Walson Inc. has a contract with King’s Pharmacy to provide prescription respiratory medications. King’s is a local pharmacy that will deliver prescribed medication to the patient’s home and track medicinal use so that the next allowance is delivered in a timely manner.
All of our employees receive continuous training and has a working understanding of all equipment and various departments within the company. Our business office has 10 employees that will handle all paperwork and insurance claims so that you don’t have to. This department is always available should you have any questions or concerns. Our drivers receive in-service training on each piece of equipment so that at the time of equipment set-up, the equipment is not only delivered but also detailed to the patient and caregiver.
