Two ways: (1) I can be your general contractor
and get everything done for you that you wish.
(2) I can give you names of different contractors that I trust, and you deal directly with them.
It's that simple. By doing this, you will save hundreds of dollars or even thousands on flagstone, pavestone, concrete, gutters, and much more.
When you call us, here is what you can expect:
I will personally come out to your home.
We don't have salesmen. I come to your home and
look at the project you want to create.
I give you every possible option that can be given. (Some you will be surprised at.)
I will then sit with you and give you an item-by-item breakdown of the cost.
I will never force a pen in front of you and
give some lame sales pitch that if you
act now, I can give you this much off.
In fact, quite the opposite. I believe that you
and your spouse (or significant other) should sit
and talk about making this kind of commitment.
Should you come to the decision that you want us to build the project of your dreams,
we will start the process.
First, we will supply you the drawing
and materials list that you will need to submit to your homeowners association.
Next we will secure all the permits
required for the city.
After approval, we will then come to your house,
work on your house until we are done.
Then, at the end of the job, we present you with everything that you expected.
