Blimp Photo ServicesWe routinely fly beyond helicopter limits in dense urban areas.
Our BLIMPCAMSystem produces very low altitude and close-range perspectives beyond helicopter capabilities in dense urban areas. We have developed a patented 5 axis stabilized camera platform that is remotely controlled with laser altimeters, 4 channel 5.2 GHz ground-links with compass and horizon-level readouts.
Aerial cameras includes standard 35/645 film with proprietary large format panoramic film and multi-camera DSLR systems.
Our tethered system, as opposed to commercial RC helicopters ( FAA 2006 grounding ) is fully insured and FAA legal for urban areas nationwide from 50 to 1000 feet AGL.
Our imaging applications include engineering, design, marketing, branding, advertising, 2D & 3D animations, permits/approvals/waivers, unit pricing and appraisals.
Imaging options include prints up to 13 x 45 ft. with 3.2 gigabyte files and 58427 x 18723 pixels @ 130 dpi.
