We, at Rabke's, try to stretch budgets as far as possible to please family, friends, and employees or associates by offering gift items for your enjoyment. As in the past we proudly offer tantalizing table meats prepared in our naturally fired smokehouse and plant that are far superior to ordinary "run of the mill" products, because we add that personal touch. We are as near as your telephone. All you do is look over our list of select items and call or send us your order. We do the rest, box, wrap, even enclose a card if you choose; ready to be picked up or arrange for delivery. We offer free delivery to Fredericksburg. Beginning in the 1950's as a family owned and operated turkey hatchery, slaughter, and processing operation for the sale of fresh and smoked turkey products, we have evolved into a family owned and operated catering, retail, and deer processing business. We are located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country just an hour and a half from Austin and San Antonio. Found thirteen miles out State Highway 16 North from Fredericksburg, then four miles west on Eckert Road, it's a peasant, beautiful drive. We also have a deer hunting facility; R Diamond Ranch, offering guided, in-season, day hunts on 320 acres of high fenced, game managed land. TABLE RENTAL: If you do not have tables for us to serve from; we have three tables that you may rent from us. The cost is $5.00 per table per event. Each of the above menus includes: plates (9.5" China or 10.5" compartmented/polycarbonate plastic), iced tea glasses (polycarbonate), coffee cups, napkins, stainless steel utensils, salt & pepper, sugar, artificial sweeteners and lemon & lime. We also have available cake plates (styrofoam or plastic), and cake forks (plastic) for an additional cost; ask for prices. All foods are attractively served on trays, in chafing dishes and bowls with garnish as desired. Our service includes keeping the serving table(s) supplied with food until all have been served.
