Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing Systems Inspections
Radon Gas & Carbon Monoxide Testing
Flowers Home Inspections was founded in 1987, incorporated in 2004 and is owned and operated by Vernon & Linda Flowers. Vernon is the
Inspector and Linda takes care of scheduling and office management.
Our goal is to provide you with a thorough inspection of your prospective home so that you can make informed decisions.
The inspection report is a computer-generated report with colored pictures of most defects.
I schedule no more than two inspections a day so that I can spend the necessary time needed to make a thorough inspection of the property.
You are encouraged to be present during the inspection process, although it is not required. Your presence will aid you in having a better understanding
of the inspection process and in my explanation of any defects that may be found to you at that time. Your questions are always welcome.
The purchase of a new home will probably be the largest investment that you will ever make. The most important decision that you make during the purchase should be to have the home inspected by a Professional Real Estate Inspector to assure that there will be no unexpected surprises that could cost you thousands of dollars. By uncovering defects that may be present, you will normally have the option of requesting that the homeowner or builder make the repairs.
