HomePlace Structures is owned and operated by Sam Smucker – Austins original portable building designer and all of his teams products are built to last for generations.

Portable buildings can be constructed in a variety of styles and sizes, with your choice of options.
Gazebos can be large enough for a party pavilion, or small enough for an intimate garden spot.
Playhouses are available as sweet Victorians or rustic Cabins.
Backyard Adventures are Redwood playscapes and Texas-based but are nationally known. They are highly customizable and tough enough to withstand a whole neighborhood of young adventurers.
Castles, Ships and Monster Trucks are Amish built and will keep young minds occupied with creative play for years to come.

Directions to our park: HomePlace Structures is located on Interstate 35 at the Grand Avenue Parkway intersection. Take the Grand Avenue Exit # 248 from north or southbound I-35. We are on the southwest corner of the intersection. Office hours are 9:00-6:00 Monday thru Friday and 10:00-5:00 Saturday.
