We have an assortment of Halloween Costumes, Hairbows, Religious and Childrens Jewelry; items that Grace enjoys making and now offers for purchase to her client base. Peruse the emporium room on this site or come by the house and check out our display. Remember...all items are OOAKS and available only on a first come, first serve basis. NO SPECIAL ORDERS

Session Fees: All session fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Session Fees are due at the time that the session is reserved, usually the day of the pre-portrait consultation. The session fee pays for reserving the studio and photographers time. It does not apply toward prints or other products unless specified.
Pre-Portrait Consultations: A brief meeting in advance of the session is required for every type of portrait session. At the meeting we will discuss clothing, posing and pricing. The most important aspect of the pre-portrait consultation is to allow the subject(s), especially children, to become comfortable in and around the studio and staff. No sessions are booked without this very important meeting.
Payment: Rose Hill Studios accepts cash, checks with proper id and credit or debit cards from Master Card or Visa. No other credit cards are accepted. An additional fee of $50 will be assessed for returned checks. All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
Previewing: Rose Hill Studios previews with internet hosting. Each session is posted on a private sub-domain site within 72 business hours of the session. The images remain on line for 10 days. There is no charge for the initial 10 day posting. Re-posting the images will cost $25. and must be paid before the images are put on line again.
Minimum Payments: The minimum purchase for any session if the equivalent of the Economy Package #1. The amount of the 10 day discount is due at the time of the session. That minimum will increase if the order is not placed within the initial 10 day posting period.
