Associated Contractors Inc is a family-owned, Abilene, Texas based construction company in business since 1972. As general contractors, we have completed over 750 projects through Texas and Oklahoma. We acquired our New Mexico contractor's license in December, 2007. Our experienced staff has designed, planned and constructed steel buildings for the petrochemical, industrial, commercial, and institutional markets. As an authorized builder and dealer for Nucor Building Systems, we can offer a wide variety of AISC and MBMA approved building systems. Over our 36 years as general contractors we have won 29 metal building awards. We also have been involved in designing and constructing mini-storage complexes since 1974.
From large industrial buildings to wind farm maintenance buildings, we have earned a reputation for fair and honest dealings with our customers and the many architects, subcontractors and suppliers with which we do business.
This hard-earned reputation has allowed us to become bonded and fully insured. We are also a proud member of the Better Business Bureau, Associated General Contractors, the Abilene Chamber of Commerce, and the West Texas Wind Energy Consortium.
Associated Contractors has been an authorized Nucor Builder since 2000. Nucor Building Systems is a leading manufacturer of metal building system including the industrial, commercial, warehouse, community and agricultural markets.
