Texas Star Chemical is a specialty chemical manufacturing company that understands the market of waste oil recovery and the importance of building a cost effective product to clarify waste oil/water for our customers.

Texas Star Chemical has a combined 45 years worth of experience in the chemical manufacturing business. During this time we have dealt with the transportation industry, oil fields, mines, asphalt plants and waste oil treatment facilities.
Texas Star Chemical demulsifiers are highly effective in oil recovery and produce water quality suitable for reuse from waste/slop oil, oil field, utility, mining, petroleum and refining applications.
Texas Star Chemical is a special manufacturer of demulsifiers utilized for used oil applications. Each demulsifier is developed to perform on a broad range of emulsion types. This versatility offers an advantage in that several types of oil can be treated, usually with only one type of demulsifier. Each case is different when it comes to emulsions.
In cases of extremely tight emulsions on which optimum performance cannot be achieved with existing products, Texas Star Chemical is ready & prepared to develop a "custom made" product to fit your needs. "Release" has been field tested and proven prior to commercialization. This product demulsifies waste oil, with heat, to less than 1 % in some cases. As with anything, different heating methods can cause results to vary. These custom blends can be used in the following:
*Soluble Oils *Crankcase Oils
