Almost all of us have been experiencing the same hardships with the current economic conditions. Some have been less fortunate than others. AIB has become the recipient of many birds and animals who have lost their homes.
To position ourselves to care for this influx of pets I am organizing a not-for-profit corporation. I am deciding on its name which will include "Sancutary". The Sanctuary's name is to be: Spring Branch Animal & Birds Sanctuary (SBABS). See the SBABS pages.

We have a large selection of exotic birds commonly kept as companion or caged pets, cages, food, toys and related supplies.

We provide grooming as a service. Our usual grooming includes trimming the toe nails and clipping the feathers of one wing. If you have a preference for wing feather clipping please state that at the time of grooming.

Finch & parakeet size $7.50 per bird

If needed, beak grooming is available for $10.00 per bird.

For grooming, please bring your pet bird in a suitable carrier. Leave the bird in the carrier and let us collect the bird for its grooming.

AIB manufactures and sells the Birdy Binder a grooming tool to help you restraint your bird for grooming or first aid. (advertised in Birds USA) $19.95 plus $3.50 S&H

We provide boarding as a service. We will provide a cage and attend to the bird while in our care. Our boarding rooms are away from our bird show room and each customers bird is caged individually (unless you cage more than one of your own birds together).

Small bird rate $8.00 per day
Medium bird rate $12.50 per day
Large bird rate $16.00 per day
extra bird $3.00 per day
