Delos Pinzino, LPC has been helping change lives since 1978 by providing counseling services to individuals, couples and families.
Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, she works with clients to clearly define their problems and identify and implement strategies/interventions designed to promote the desired changes in the clients thinking, feeling and behaving. Cognitive-behavioral therapy has been found to be one of the most effective ways to treat emotional distress and facilitate behavior change.
If you or a loved one is experiencing emotional distress or behaviors that interfere with normal daily functioning, counseling may help.
