Whether you’ve been arrested for a DWI, Possession of a Controlled Substance (POCS), Possession of Marijuana (POM), a Theft, Assault, or any other charge, we can help you get out of jail – regardless of guilt or innocence – after bail has been determined. We are an approved bail bondsman for Comal County.
Here’s how it works
Call us at 830-625-7888 – no matter what time day or night. We’ll answer and start working with you on getting yourself or your loved one out of jail, once the Comal County Magistrate (judge) has set the bail amount. If you are the defendant, please be aware that you must have an indemnitor (co-signer) to vouch for you before you can be released. Your co-signer must come to our office and fill out paperwork and they are responsible for you. We charge a percentage of the bail amount to the indemnitor or co-signer, and put up the rest of the bail to secure the release of the inmate. Once out of jail, we continue to work with the inmate as his/her case winds its way through the Comal County court system.
We are also available to process bail for warrants that come to you via mail. Just give us a call to get started on the paperwork.
