Mediation Services.In her role as a mediator, Alisa Terrell Starbird serves as a neutral third party facilitating settlement, reconciliation and understanding amongpeople and organizationswho are experiencing conflict. Parties may choose to mediate prior to or instead of bringing a lawsuit, or they may mediate after a lawsuit has been filed in an attempt to reach a settlement.
