In 1985, Lee Rector opened the Black Forest Werkshop--an independent, local, family-owned BMW body, paint and mechanical repair facility in Austin Texas. High-integrity automotive repair begins with clear communication between us and you, the BMW owner. That combined with the skillful use of equipment and technical information will ensure that we can efficiently and properly maintain, repair or diagnose the “Ultimate” in your BMW or Mini driving machine.
The goal for the Black Forest Werkshop team—that’s us and you working together--is pure and simple.
We realize if we don’t keep you happy with your BMW or Mini automobile then not only do we risk losing your patronage but your friendship. We also know that while you may be happy with your BMW or Mini, if you are not happy with how much it is costing you, we risk the same dilemma. Therefore we remain attentive to reducing your cost of ownership with carefully-weighed recommendations.
We truly enjoy the appreciation we get from our customers for a job well done. It is our pleasure to serve our clients.
