Gessner Engineering provides geotechnical and structural engineering services for residential, commercial and industrial designs throughout Texas. Our construction materials testing services provide necessary testing of soil, concrete and flexible pavements in accordance with ASTM standards. Gessner Engineering provides civil engineering projects ranging from drainage rehabilitation, parking lot and site development design, to land development (subdivision design). These projects typically involve a great deal of coordination with city requirements and regulation and our versatility allows us to adapt and address the comments of each municipality.
In order to meet the needs of our clients, Gessner Engineering employs a staff of over thirty. This currently includes professional and graduate engineers, engineering technicians and support staff. As projects come into our office they are assigned to a project manager. This maximizes efficiency and sensitivity to the unique requirements of each project while providing our clients with a ‘go to’ person for their questions and concerns. Not only does this simplify the coordination required by the client, it allows more clear coordination of construction documents and minimizes construction conflicts.
