We represent federal, state, county and municipal employees in appeals to the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board and in similar state, county and municipal civil service proceedings. We represent state and local government whistleblowers who have been retaliated against by their employers. We also represent public school administrators, teachers and support staff in grievances, complaints and appeals to the Superintendent and/or School Board, and in federal and state courts.
