In 1991 Ludco Inc. was established in San Augustine, Texas and quickly grew throughout East Texas. In 1998 Ludco purchased Clark Brother's Electric Corporation Inc., located in Nacogdoches. In 1999, Ludco merged the two companies to become one of East Texas largest electrical contracting firms.

Ludco Inc. has worked hard building a reputation of management integrity. Innovative engineering techniques, exemplary job site performance, and playing a vital role as a member of the construction team are just a few of the qualities that make us unique.
