Bennett began helping E-2 Treaty Investors fulfill the business ownership part of the program by helping find qualifying businesses for foreign investors to purchase.
In 2009 Bennett started brokering Private Loans to assist, Businesses, Banks and Investors solve the problem of Classified Loans.

He sold the first business for someone else in 1987 and the Business Brokerage business was born.
