We are located 50 miles south of Houston, Texas in beautiful in Surfside Beach,a destination in its self. Surfside, has 35 miles of beach, and hundreds of rental houses. See link. Our professional, second generation Captains, will lead you on an exciting quest for many varieties of fish. Action Charters has been fishing this area since 1968. Boats normally depart between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m. and returns at 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Enjoy fishing for, Red Snapper,Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, shark, ling, amberjack, grouper, bluefish, and wahoo. Fish oil platforms, tide rips, around shrimp boats, wrecks, and reefs..

Reservations are required for all trips. Deposits are fully refundable for bad weather, or can be applied to later date,( bad weather determined by Action Charters). Four weeks advance notice required for all other schedule changes or cancellations.
