Douglas Rivette State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser TX-1320750-G. Associated with the Banking and Real Estate Industry since 1975 as Chief Appraiser for Gill Savings and Appraisal Manager with Republic Bank Houston. Holds a Texas Real Estate Brokers License. Doug specializes in complex real estate appraisal transactions and high-end properties.

Frank Carns, MRA, MFLA, is a member of the National Association of Master Appraisers (NAMA) and holds the following designations: Master Residential Appraiser (MRA), Master Farm and Land Appraiser (MFLA), and is board certified in Manufactured Home Valuation. Wayne Ware, Jr. is a native of San Antonio, Tx. Wayne has been active in the real estate and building industry since 1983. Certified Real Estate Appraiser TX-1325919-R. License Real Estate Sales Agent. Graduate of Judson High School. Attended local community college. Wayne is actively involved in childrens ministries at church and is an avid fisherman.

Kathy Lefforge, MRA (Master Residential Appraiser- NAMA ) Holds a BBA degree. Graduate of the University of Texas 1982. Employed by The IBM Corporation prior to 1991. Certified Real Estate Appraiser TX-1326603-R. Appraiser since 1992. Previously Licensed Appraiser in Arizona and Kansas. Specializes in Relocation Appraisals.

Lauren Kenney MRA Native of San Antonio, Tx. State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser TX-1332102-L. Listed on the FHA Lender Select Roster. Specializes in proposed and new construction. Has attended numerous Appraisal Institute courses and The Lincoln Graduate Center. Employed by Ed Gray & Associates since 1994.

Mary Adams is the office manager, and manages the Help Desk plus Customer Relations. She has been employed with ED GRAY & ASSOCIATES since 1999. Mary comes from Corpus Christi, Tx where she managed a real estate appraisal office for eight years.
