Heart of Texas Midwives is a home birth midwifery practice serving Austin and central Texas communities of Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Lake Travis, Manor, Cedar Creek, Buda & Kyle. As midwives we promote physical and emotional wellness during pregnancy & birth and assist with transitions to motherhood & breast feeding. We believe healthy women labor best and birth safely when they feel secure and nurtured. For many women, this is in the privacy of their own home. We serve as guardians through the labor process, assist the woman and her partner in making informed decisions, and help promote a safe and satisfying birth. We also provide well woman health care including annual exams, pap smears, contraceptive/family planning counseling, and menopausal counseling with a holistic approach.
We see clients at our new office at 4407 Medical Parkway Austin, Texas 78756, attend births and provide follow up post partum care in our clients' homes.
