It may be encouraging someone whos having a tough month or giving extra effort while someone is out of the office. Sometimes, caring is show by challenging others to improve or holding each other accountable to high standards. We also show we care when we recognize and celebrate the success of others.
An example of Caring as an organization is the Sewell Care Fund. The fund was created a few years ago when a team member was injured and wouldnt be able to return to work for several months. Since then, many have benefitted from the fund. Through the generosity of Sewell team members, we are able to show we care when its needed the most.

We entered the automotive industry in 1911 when Frank Sewell began selling Ford Model Ts from his hardware store in Arlington, Texas. Many things have changed since then but personal service and family values are still at the foundation of the Sewell Family of Companies.
