CLEMENT Surveying Co. is a full service Surveying and Mapping firm specializing in residential and commercial surveys. Our services include Boundary Surveys, Title Surveys, Pipeline Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Elevation Certificates, Subdivisions, Construction Staking and GPS Surveys.
While survey technology is constantly changing, we strive to be on the fore front of the profession by using the latest in total station with data collection systems, and Global Positioning Systems (G.P.S.) surveying equipment. Our technical staff then utilize computer technology to incorporate the "field to finish" digital survey data, into drafting software for creating accurate and comprehensive survey plats and project drawings.
Our office is located in China, Texas, enabling us to easily service all of Southeast Texas and surrounding areas. We have the technological capabilities to customize our work to meet our client's project needs, large or small.
