Welcome to the homepage of the Tyler Kenshin Kan Karate Academy,a traditional karate school with an eye on the future. We are dedicated to teaching self-confidence, self-discipline and self-defense while introducing a fun and exciting way to promote physical fitness and help reduce stress.

We teach traditional Matsumura Seito Karate and Kobudo under the direction of Grand Master Fusei Kise of Okinawa, Japan and the Western U.S. Director, Shihan John Shipes, and our goal is to reinforce the foundation of discipline and respect in children as well as a better understanding of setting and achieving goals. All of this while learning about the history and motivations of the martial arts makes for a fun and educational time for all.
