Located on 2,300 acres of pecan orchards bordering the Rio Grande and Mexico with a creative vibe all its own. Sonic Ranch is the largest residential recording studio complex in the world.
We feature: Five studios, The Neve Control Room with an 80 channel Vintage Neve 8078, 31105 Mic Pre/EQs, (original west coast Motown console), with a 47x 36x 22 Big Tracking Room. Adobe Studio with a 40 channel Vintage Neve 8088, 31102 Class A Mic Pre/EQs, with a 30x28x16 Adobe Tracking Room. The A Studio includes a 40 channel SSL E/G, with 16 Vintage Neve Mic Pre/EQs, 12 API Mic Pre/EQs, and four tracking rooms, the Mix Room with a 64 channel SSL G-G+ and The Mastering Room with a full range of professional mastering services.
There are four beautifully appointed housing complexes on the ranch, including a historical 1930s Spanish hacienda with a patio and pool where artist stay.
Each of the houses and 25 bedrooms are individually decorated with unique antiques and original art work including lithographs by Dali, Miro, Chagall and Picasso in an art reflects and inspires art motif.
