Tropicana Homes has been named Builder of the Year by the El Paso Association of Builders THREE times and, in 2003 Tropicana Homes was the first and only builder to be named the Texas Builder of the Year. In 2009 Tropicana Homes was the first and only El Paso builder to be named the Texas Developer of the Year.
