We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to submit an estimate on your foundation repairs.
As a second-generation company with over 30 years of experience, we have seen a lot of foundation companies come and go. For this reason we are giving you some important information you should receive from any company submitting an estimate.

Check with the Better Business Bureau.
Check with past customers. Get a list of 50 or more.
Check address of company. Be sure they have an office address.
Get in writing how long they have been in business.
Get structural engineers inspection of holes, depth, blocking and workmanship during your foundation repair. Golden Triangle only.
Present final payment, of any kind, only upon completion of work.

All of the above will help you and your most important investmentYOUR HOME.
With eleven or more underreams, ABC Foundation Inc. will provide you with a structural engineers report. This will help, in the event you sell your home. F.H.A. and most banks will require this report and this is another way we can show you how important your business is to my company.
